Hooray for the humble hedge A much overlooked street inhabitant is the hedge. It doesn't just add visual appeal, it also: 🥁Reduces noise 🚗Captures pollution 🐞Creates an environment for wildlife 🫧Reduces localised flooding And creates a sense of privacy 😎 What's not to love

Perfect weather #Autumn. We are so lucky to live close to #SuttonPark. Everyone deserves to have easy access to nature, local #parks are essential for #publichealth and should be considered as critical #Infrastructure. Prevention is better than cure.

Please don't dump Halloween pumpkins in the countryside, or leave them to rot in your garden. Eating pumpkins can make hedgehogs, birds & other animals ill – so dispose of pumpkins in a compost bin or council food waste bin, or bury under 20cm soil. bit.ly/3MhOePr
