The FC cross country team will be hosting a free will donation car wash at the fire station in Forest City on June 4th from 10:00-2:00. If you have time to swing by, they will be glad to give your vehicle a good wash :)

We are about a week away for the first meet in the series! Participate in one or all of them! Any kiddos in the area can participate! (Not just Top of Iowa Schools) Top 3 runners in each age group and gender will be awarded. Fastest times will be recorded too!

Get registered!! First meet is this Sunday in Forest City. You can also register the day of when you show up. We are looking forward to it!!

Depending on the weather, the FCXC team may not have the car wash tomorrow. If that happens, we will plan it for another day! Hopefully the rain holds off!

Today is the first day of the TIC JR XC series! Registration begins at 1:00 in front of the Forest City middle school! Bring your 4th-6th graders and run a mile!!! It will be fun!

4th-6th graders TIC JR XC meet in Forest City! Weather held off and it went great! Great way to get kids active and introduce them to cross country. Next one is Saturday in Buffalo Center!
