Our third gig in a week and last night it was the wonderful voice of Siobhan Miller at Nettlebed FC. She was ably accompanied by Charlie Stewart on fiddle and Innes White on guitar. The trio are now heading back to Scotland for the last four gigs of their tour.

No your eyes are not deceiving you this is Steve Knightley Steve Knightley Phil Beer and Miranda Sykes Miranda Sykes aka Show of Hands playing at the 50th birthday celebration at Nettlebed FC last night. 30+ musicians took part in the event, a concert lasting over 4 hrs!



‘Transform Me Then Into a Fish’ is a new album from Martin Carthy. It revisits and reinterprets many of the tracks on his eponymous debut album from 1965. We will be playing the classic Scarborough Fair on the Shire Folk Showcase on 30 July 9-11pm on Kennet Radio


So many highlights from the Nettlebed FC 50th Birthday Celebration last Monday. One of them was four songs from Cara Dillon including her wonderful version of The Parting Glass.
