My hosp punya HO except 6th poster akan ditarik ke tertiary. So official la no HO after this. MOs semua da almost burned out, sbb ward work became unbearable, Clinics load like shit. My sp friend already started doing round alone. Chest clinic 50-60s pts only 3 doctors.

You guys tau tak? Our CT machine is down almost months now. Whole hospital been sending patients to melaka/batu pahat for CT. Pergerakan ambulans hari hari is insane. MOs kne accompany hntar patient. Need to revamp oncall coverage, tmbh mo oncall utk cover ambulance call.
