Now-May is a crucial time to get clear on what may be going wrong in your job search... THIS IS CRUNCH TIME.

If you work in SALES... but you want to get more technical in the next 1-3 years, here are roles I'd recommend:

- SALES ENABLEMENT MANAGER
- PRODUCT ENABLEMENT MANAGER
- SALES OPERATIONS OR REVENUE ENABLEMENT
- SDR or BDR in tech/startup
- PRODUCT (may need 1 more step)

If you work in EDUCATION... and you want to get more technical in the next 1-3 years, start exploring:

- LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT
- PRODUCT ENABLEMENT
- LEARNING MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS & THEORY
- (TECHNICAL) CURRICULUM/CONTENT DESIGN
- Ed-tech companies and start-ups

You might be UNDERemployed! 😳😱 So if you have your Master’s and you’re not holding the title of “Manager”, “Senior Manager” or “Director” — then I’m looking at you!

Don't let the number of 'applicants' under a job on Linkedin scare you from applying... here's why:

1. These numbers are often overinflated
2. Majority of applicants may not be qualified, meaning there are still gaps in who hiring manager is looking for
