Proud to see our groups work (and my cover art :) ) on bacteriophage engineering to be featured as front page news of ETH Zurich. Congrats to Matthew Dunne and Samuel Kilcher for their great work!
Humanity faces an alarming situation in which some infections have no cure. ETH's session, "RETHINK #antibiotics" during the Berlin Science Week revealed the evolution of antibiotics and how novel technologies can aid in advancing their development. #BerlinSciWeek19
Proud to announce my second #PhageArt illustration has been published on the cover of this months Cell Host & Microbe issue. Thanks to Samuel Kilcher and Joe Bondy-Denomy (and all other contributors) who's innovative science makes the job easy! Follow Jonas Fernbach for the real me!
Thrilled to see our recent publication on the state-of-the-art and the envisioned future of #phagetherapy to target #AMR #Pathogens. Great times working with Brian Lennemann, Samuel Kilcher, Martin J Loessner and Timothy Lu! #PhageArt by my alter ego colorblind.arts 🤗
Very happy and excited to share that my main PhD project has been published in Cell Reports this week. We identified #RABGAP1L as a novel antiviral host factor that disrupts #endocytosis to limit cell entry of viruses using this pathway. doi.org/10.1016/j.celr…
