Teachers are NOT the only educators in that building. No, no! Office Mngr = educator! Instructional coach = educator! Cafeteria worker = educator! Princ/AP = educator! Custodian = educator! Facilities employee = educator! Anyone that impacts Ss in ANY way = educator!

There are adults in your school today who are feeling awesome. And you also have colleagues who are barely hanging on. You might know the difference between them & you might not. Educators can put on a good face. If you’re struggling today...keep hangin’ on. You’ve got this!

Some of the best leadership in this country right now is coming from school districts staff and Superintendents. They are putting the health & wellbeing of students first. Making sure kids eat. Also caring for staff by making sure everyone is paid. Thank you. #LeadershipMatters
