We always swim in the gannel on holiday. It's beautiful. But this tidal estuary has a South West Water overflow. It rained heavily on Sunday. Both husband and child have been in with heads submerged. Both have severe diarrhea and vomiting. I haven't. No alerts have been issued...

Up at 5am to get to London for 9am. On my second London North Eastern Railway train that is stuck at Welwyn Garden City on course for a two hour delay. No one telling us anything. So frustrating.
