Some interesting data coming out of Teacher Tapp yesterday on flexible working, an issue we are supporting more & more Edapt subscribers with. It highlights the challenges facing the sector & how solutions need to be found to prevent further recruitment & retention pressures.


Great to read about the flex happening Dixons Academies Trust and recently @TEAL_Trust. One frustration for lots of women I speak to is that this kind of flex is still such a postcode lottery. If you don’t live near a school offering it, you’re still no better off Flexible Teacher Talent
