Now that it’s officially December

As of this morning, Baltimore has seen a 29.8% decrease in homicides and a 25.2% decline in non-fatal shootings. As we enter the last month of the year, we are doubling down on our work to continue this progress into 2026 and beyond. One life lost to violence is one too many.

I always tell people, be ready to teach your partner how to love you. The intention ( love ) is there. They aren’t just fluent in your own language. As long as they are ready to learn and grow with you, tell them how you want to be loved.

My intellectual appetite is truly insatiable. I love being taught, I love stretching topics, I love conversing, I love being wrong, I love changing my mind, I love looking at things from all angles and centering my own.
