Andy J Sandbach Flashes Hi, really interested to know if the 2 Mandarins were adults or juveniles. In the last 4 days, we have got 2 juveniles (1 male, 1 female) on the canal and in our garden in Forge Fields, Wheelock. They have teamed up with the Mallards that we think go to the Flashes each evening.

After a tip off we visited some gardens in Wybunbury and we were astonished to find a huge Ivy Bee aggregation. Difficult to estimate the numbers but between 300-500 but possibly many more. If anyone wishes to see them contact me by PM - AG
