New paper out today from Katrina Holly and Prabhakara Rao Tharra on their work on development of bacterial carbonic anhydrase inhibitors against vancomycin-resistant Enterococci. They produced an analog with oral efficacy rescuing mice in a septicemic peritonitis model.
