The pupils in classes 2 and 5 were highly engaged and asked so many good questions during ‘The Girvan Flag’ presentation by Philip Tibbetts today. We want to thank Philip again for today and the ladies from Girvan Arts Festival who supported also. The competition is well and truly on! 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

Our great big school welcomed Philip Tibbetts, Honorary Vexillologist and March Pursuivant Extraordinary, Court of the Lord Lyon this afternoon. He enthused our children about flags and Heraldry. He introduced a wonderful flag competition for Girvan to have its very own flag!
