Just finished the last session of the fantastic 12 week Researcher #LeadershipDevelopment Programme University of Exeter. Glad to have met so many 'positive deviants' and engage in dialogue about good leadership characteristics.

Great panel at the webinar by Reuters Events Renewables (Wind). Challenges associated to scaling up of the mooring supply chain and data sharing within the #offshorewind industry to prevent overdesign of components were discussed.

Presenting at EWTEC2021 today regarding the physical testing of the mooring component developed by Intelligent Moorings Limited. Test campaign and conference participation supported by UK Research and Innovation Innovate UK and The Carbon Trust.
