When a teacher is expected to teach students online and in-class simultaneously, this is NOT “hybrid learning.” It’s FRACTURED learning.

Wave 5 has broken many of us, including HCWs. Cancelling clinics and being told to hide one's identity only adds to the burnout and moral distress many feel. This is the time for leaders to stand with the healers, instead of asking us to accommodate those who may target us.
