Alright I think this is fixed. Might have been one of the dumbest things I've ever debugged tbh. I still don't really fully understand what happened and I kind of just worked around the issue.

Slippi appears to be having some server issues at the moment. Looking into it. May cause issues queueing, reporting, and probably other things too.
