Today, we organized the endmills and drill bits we use and created standard templates for generating G-code for our machines. This eliminates much of the manual work needed to create toolpaths. And, importantly, it is immensely satisfying to look at.

We wanted to provide swag that was a bit more interesting than a pen at our booth. These USB devices measure voltage/current and display the power drawn. And it’s entertaining watching people grab one without saying hi and getting confused after realizing it’s not a flash drive.

Probing pins and connectors from the side is possible, but typically requires manual work to prototype and adjust the design. Once it works, it’s immensely satisfying. 🙌
