wow it's been forever! Coreographed a new hip hop routine to patron tequila last night cant wait to try it in class this morning!!!!

First day of the 3 day Cleveland Clinic diet, here we go! Breakfast...Black coffee, 1/2 Grapefruit,& 1 p. toast with 1 tbsp. Peanut butter.

Ugh. Lunch...1 p. Bread, 1/2 c. Tuna. W/ black coffee... Im in such a bad mood and starving!!!

3 oz chix,1c carrots,1c Grn Bns, apple and 1/2c vanilla ice cream... what a weird diet... but i guess they say it works!

Work was hell today! then taught zumba.. ate dinner... now coffee and DWTS then BED!
