This #MentalHealthAwarenessWeek is all about moving to boost mental health. All year round, our fitness trainer Matt Wolstenholme works in a psychiatric hospital, as well as with GP surgeries and youth organisations, to help people do exactly that. #MomentsforMovement


This is a fantastic clip from The Rest Is Politics. A reframing of what we consider 'success' is definitely needed. We can't continue to view society solely through the prism of economic value. We are sacrificing wellbeing on the altar of growth. And it's not sustainable.




Physical activity isn't routinely a part of the NHS treatment for mental health conditions. We’ve been working in collaboration with iCOPE and NHS Buckinghamshire Talking Therapies to explore how physical activity can best be integrated into psychological treatment pathways.
