The threatened storms didn't appear South of England Shows Autumn Show today. Wonder how many people didn't turn up because of them. I almost didn't but texted a stallholder there to check the weather. When did forecasts become so unreliable?

Jazzy will be wearing coats from tonight so he can sleep through the night, hopefully. Poor poppet woofs to be covered up with a blanket when he's cold. As for me, I'll be wearing a woolly hat, scarf and bed socks on the sofa in addition to extra layers

My dad and Rudy Giuliani had a mutual friend who chose to help Rudy when they both had the same cancer, and not my dad. It sickens me to see what the disbarred (in Washington) lawyer did with his second chance. Sad to see how far he's fallen – and was it even worth it?
