1. Three speakers of Nigerian decent were scheduled to speak: BAT, NOI & Akin Adesina. They had different Tooics. BAT chickened out at the last minute. Nigerian Ambassador had to represent him in the LIVE Session. So BAT could not deliver a Keynote Address or a Closing Remarks?
