I'm noticing an interesting trend of traders. They collectively watch same stock and try to catch the similar patterns. Then they all go in at once. Early birds claim victory and brag about upper caps. Ohers then switch to investor mode or exit with stoploss!

Need advice: I'd like to allocate a significant sum of funds in fixed stocks over next 10 years. Given the hyper-volatile Army intervention in policy making, which 5 stocks can sustain their blunders? Fauji group, banks or any other sector?

Top stocks with strong fundamental improvement in latest quarter. I define this technical level based on its proximity to the price when the latest buy signal was generated on new quarterly results.

CRTM gain is running now 54% with 5% portfolio weight. Is it time for averaging up to make it 10% of portfolio? Anyone who is deeply tracking its fundamental story?

If you can't evade them, embrace them. That's what I do with "technical traders". I use the trader's tips on stocks for evaluation. I can't put my years of savings at risk based on someone's silly chart pattern. Fundamentals are non-negotiable for me before a buy decision.

Daily portfolio fluctations can cause regret when you see that it went up 3% and ended up -3% the same day. That's a 6% lost opportunity. I carefully analysed it and turns out that it's a mirage. I couldn't sell/ buy even if I wanted due to very low volume at peak and bottom.

Good investors pick good stocks. Bad investors pick bad stocks. Good investors don't pick bad stocks. Bad investors don't pick good stocks. Start picking good stocks, hold them and keep buying in SIP mode. You'll become good investor and grow into a great investor overtime.

03.07.2025: Did another follow up call with ZAL. Company is maintaining that they are Shariah compliant. PSX made a mistake in calculating the last numbers. I bought it when it was Halaal and I'm still holding it.

In less than a year, MARI has given me 100% returns. Many finfluencers were giving it a negative coverage before and even now. In my view, it is a good time to buy when others are not so excited about it. MARI remains a permanent anchor in my portfolio irrespective of price.

Does anyone remember the 3 stocks I mentioned for likely 2X gains? Tip: one is on upper cap for 2nd day today and other closed on upper cap just now...
