Tip #1: If at first you don’t succeed, try try again. Admin are over worked, just keep making things up about the coach, make them investigate it. They don’t have enough time and they’ll just fire the coach to ease their workload. Your spoiled kid will get his way.

Tip #2 - Don’t underestimate how little admin don’t care about winning or losing and building school culture, all they care about is their job. Make wild complaints, use fake emails and keep them anonymous, the more the better.

Keep complaining, never stop until you get that coach fired.

The apathetic coach gets to stay around forever, he never tries to build his program, does the bare minimum, team and players hardly achieve anything, but he doesn’t ruffle feathers, so he gets 20 years. The coach who pushes the players and works hard for the program is out early

Parents, if your kid is average or on the fence to make the team, be the most aggressive when helping with fundraising. This will make the coaches feel bad if they think about cutting your kid.
