Countdown to Finland Overseas Field Course 2023 has begun. Watch out for what we get up to over the next 2 weeks.

It is now time for the Finland Field Course. A cold spring means less mosquitoes. Stayed tuned for our exciting adventures.

First up, the fabulous Siida museum.

Today was spent learning about insects. But the baby vole was super cute.

A wet day climbing up the hill to learn about plants and lichens.

Today we learnt about field experiments and reindeer overgrazing.

Beautiful on Hornoya today. Gorgeous flowers and amazing spectacle of sea birds.

Projects have started. And food tasting night with squeaky cheese and sausages. Sea buckthorn was not a hit.

As the field course draws to a close, with sausages and one final sauna, the students have totally rocked their projects. Fab group and hope they enjoyed it. See you next year Kevo.
