The stress of covid-19 which happened close after the death of a family member caused me to gain about 70 lbs in about 16 months, but now I’ve lost nearly 52 of them in the past 14; I’m truly happy for myself. Walking nearly 8 miles a week again is also aiding, bwahaha.
