Facts about americanair flight 1574 tonight: Flight was delayed over an hour to “extract extra fuel” from aircraft. Finally, captain decided to fly with fuel as is, yet take a longer route to Miami to “burn off” extra fuel. Flight goes on low altitude and with landing gear open.

Leadership principle: You can learn abilities and skills, you can never learn character. You either have it or not. While abilities and skills can get you places, only character can keep you there.

It’s 11:47, there is no aircraft on the ground and americanair continue to say we are departing at 12:00 am. How sad! Flight 3821 is no where to be found and no one can tell us what is happening meanwhile we are stranded at an airport with everything closed

On the phone with americanair for 1 hour and 45 minutes. A simple call to request an upgrade turned into the agent altering our reservations and paid tickets! He apologizes for the error but can’t fix it! How is that possible? Unbelievable! Help!!!

I can officially say electric vehicles are a terrible idea for a rental car! Avis Car Rental should be ashamed of yourselves for forcing one on me when I clearly reserved a normal gas car! Never again!!

Messaged Southwest Airlines via DM as they requested me here. No response! Our team of 23 is stuck as we are loosing our connection in Miami due to Southwest Airlines 3 hours+ delay! They offer no solution to us. How could I ever trust this airline again??

Still on board the Southwest Airlines flight 1190 in Nashville. Waiting on departure. Wasting time in the heat on the runway. Delays and more delays. No one takes responsibility for the delay. This delay cost our team to loose our international flight in Miami. So irresponsible!!

After the terrible delay experience we had last night with Southwest Airlines and the irresponsible way with which their customer service handled our team, that ended up costing us $$$$ in rebooking fees on other international flights, I cannot ever trust this airline again!!
