Salem Cross Country Girls defeat Lynn English to end the regular season 2-5. Lucy Tuttle wins overall. Sarah Cayoutte-Gluckman (4th), Fiona Quinn-Tierney (5th), and Camila Cruz (6th) all paved the way for the girls. #SHSCrossCountry

Congratulations Salem Boy’s Cross Country (and NEC SOUTH Champions) for their Top 5 finish for the NEC Conference meet placing 5th overall. Chris Barnes led the way with an 11th place finish (runners 4-11 were 1 second from each other). #SHSCrossCountry

Before Coach Guy heads off to run the NYC Marathon Sunday the Cross Country team ran a shakeout 5K with him in honor of Team MR8 & the Martin Richard Foundation. The Witches team donated half of their Vertical 5K fundraiser to the foundation!! #GoWitches #GoTeamMR8

Winter Track meets began today. Boys & Girls both fought hard in defeat but many positives to take away from a talented squad. Keep an eye out on our amazing girls 4x400 crew who beat both Classical & Swampscott. The boys distance team is going to be full of great runners!
