Besides #IsDB, Ministry of Water and Environment - FIEFOC3 will be financed by #BADEA at a tune of $15 million for constructing 96 small scale irrigation facilities: Eastern & Karamoja region (24), Western region (24), Northern region (24) & Central region (24) each averaging 4 acres per holding.
