This is a completely legitimate complaint. Councils are spending more and more on a few commitments that are invisible to most people. It's entirely unsustainable and, if there's no reform, will prove increasingly radicalising.

I think most people in mid Wales would like to see this much exposure given to what's happening at Bronglais hospital... it should be addressed on a national scale as in reality it covers more than one healthboard.

We continue to bemoan 1/3 students graded below 4 in Eng Lang when a. grade boundaries are set for that approx proportion b. Eng Lang GCSE is a poor exam that doesn't test competence in use of lang in a meaningful way c. marking is erratic, so the results aren't even reliable.
