Congrats to John Patton '20 who was named US Rowing U-19 male rower of the year coming after he led the US team men's eight to a bronze medal at the World Rowing Championships in Varese Italy. This follows his gold medal performance at the 2021 World Championships in Bulgaria.

Congrats to Skylar Bell '18 who had a breakout performance this past weekend for Wisconsin. The red shirt freshman wide receiver had 4 catches, scored 2 touchdowns and surpassed 100 receiving yards in the Badgers 66-7 blowout win over New Mexico St. badgerswire.usatoday.com/lists/twitter-…

It is always great when two Fessy alums come together at their respective current schools. But, it is extra special when it is two brothers. Anthony Pepi '19 and Drew Pepi '20 were reunited on the football field this past weekend when New Hampton took on Portsmouth Abbey.

It was great to welcome back former Fessy hoop star Isaiah Mucius ‘15. who went on to be named NH player of the year at Brewster and a 4 year stellar career at Wake Forest. He is currently a member of the Capitol City Go Go which is NBA G League team of the Washington Wizards.

Congratulations to Matt Moore (Fessy ‘19, Exeter ‘23) who has committed to Catholic University to play lacrosse next year.

It's always fun when former Fessy athletes meet up against each other at their current schools. Such was the case this weekend when Ryan McGivern '20 and Teddy Thiagarajah '22 at Worcester Academy went up against Drew Pepi '20 from Portsmouth Abbey.

Congratulations to Zach Amato (Fessy '22, Brooks '25) and the Brooks Varsity Soccer Team for their NEPSAC Championship (Class B) victory. Zach was the goalie for the the 2-1 victory against Williston Northampton in the finals.

Congratulations to Luis Pimentel Baez (Fessy '20, Worcester Academy '23) as his Worcester Academy team triumphed in the NEPSAC Class A Finals over Milton Academy. WA scored with 39 seconds left in regulation to tie the game and then won the championship on PKs.

A big shout out to Yann Farell '19 who was part of the Fessy undefeated Varsity Basketball team in 2019. A starting freshman for St. Bonaventure, Yann scored 11 points and pulled down 14 rebounds in the Bonnies 63-51 victory over the previously undefeated team from Notre Dame.

Congratulations to Henry Hasselbeck (Fessy ‘21, Xaverian’24) who has committed to play lacrosse at the powerhouse D-1 Maryland Terrapins.

Congratulations to the Fessy Varsity Basketball team who won the Future Stars Tournament at Suffield Academy today….defeating Rectory 64-50 in the championship game, while also completing a 19-0 undefeated season!!

Congrats to Peyton O’Leary ‘18 who was the leading receiver in Michigan’s Maize and Blue spring game with 7 receptions for 126 yds….including the go ahead two point conversion. The rising junior walk-on was awarded a full scholarship for his efforts over the past two years.

Congrats to Will Smith '20 and Will Vote '20 who helped team USA win gold at the IIHF U18 World Championships in Switzerland with a 3-2 (OT) win over Sweden yesterday.  Smith was voted tournament MVP after posting 9 goals and 11 assists in seven games. iihf.com/en/events/2023…

Congratulations to Will Smith (Fessy ‘20) who was the # 4 overall pick tonight at the NHL draft by the San Jose Sharks. He plans to attend Boston College in the fall, but eventually he will make the move to the NHL….very impressive accomplishment.
