Kicking off my Spring Break at Texas A&M University with the Texas A&M Soccer ID camp! Super excited to train with nationally acclaimed A&M coaches and play alongside Aggie soccer players on Ellis Field. @Sting08ECRLNTX Sting Soccer Club Lauren Bagwell
1 Month Post-Op. Hit 90 degree flexion, getting back to walking normally, working on strengthening the quad, and getting that hyperextension back. Even though it has only been a month I’m happy with all my progress and can’t waiting to be running again. ECNL/GA/Recruiting/College Soccer
7 weeks post op. Brace is off!! Scars are fully healed and I hit 130 degrees in flexion. Can’t wait to see more progress!@ImYouthSoccer College Soccer Truth ™
2 month post op. Started to use the BFR (blood flow restriction) cuff which helps the exercise focus/stimulate to my muscle. 2 months = 2 miles. Hit 140 flexion which is almost full range. Cant wait for more progress! #ACLRecovery College Soccer Truth ™ ECNL/GA/Recruiting/College Soccer

6 month post-op. Started warming up with my team along with passing lines, long balls, and shooting drills. Still doing strengthening and conditioning at physical therapy. Grateful for all this progress and got to see support my team this weekend! US Youth Soccer Sting0708ECRL2
7 month post-op. Slowly progressing into no contact and light cutting and it feels great. Starting to go out on more training sessions with my sister to get the work in. Also, pushing myself through mental blocks and taking it one day at a time. #ACLrecovery Sting0708ECRL2
