Most of the religious activities we engage in are copied from ancient rituals.

Everything about your life must become a ritual followed up consistently.

I have more respect for religious scholars with the intellectual capacity to defend their religion without using their religious book.

Anything other than that, I see it as an attempt to manipulate and impose.
