PayPal is updating their ToS to let themselves give your data to merchants starting Nov & they're banking on people not knowing to opt out, SO to opt out before they start: go to Settings >Data & Privacy > Manage shared info >Personalized shopping, & toggle that shit off

OK let's go on HOW TO MAKE AN INVOICE Reasons to use them: Clients can't chargeback randomly, and if their payment method fails, you still get paid. As a client, invoices have a ToS section, if the artist fails you, you can contest. It's extremely safe and easy to set up
