Worst flight of my life with Thai Airways yesterday. 17h from Bangkok to … Bangkok! Emergency landing in Bali but passangers were not allowed to leave the plane, 7h there w no a/c no communication only to be turned around and taken back to Bangkok. So poorly managed 😔.
