How he took rulers above Allah. Protected them with every means and slandered those who stood up for the sake of Allah in hardship, giving up their luxurious lives to defend deen.
Every khaain to this deen followed him.
History will have him written among the mubtadeen.
Shaykh Al Islām Ibn Taymiyyah, may Allah have mercy on him, said :
"And between the path of
the Murjiah and those who
are like them are those who
follow a path of obedience
towards the leaders
completely, even if they are
not righteous"

"How on earth we have allowed ourselves to normalise a discussion around the targeted assassination of a 28-year-old father of two?"

The Prophet ﷺ said: "Allāh smiles at the despair of His servants as He will soon change it."
A man asked: "Does our Lord laugh?"
The Prophet ﷺ said yes.
The man said: "We will never be deprived of food from a Lord who laughs."

Taqwā Is Success
Some of the Salaf (Raḥimahumullāh) said: “The one who fears Allāh, he is feared by everything and the one who does not fear Allāh, he is (made to) fear everything.”
[بدائع الفوائد لابن القيم ٢\٢٤٥]
Ibn al-Qayyim says:
The one who turns away from Tawhīd is a Kāfir, whether he wants it or not,
And the one who turns away from Sunnah is a misguided innovator, whether he wants it or not.

Imām ‘Ubayy Bin Ka’b said:
Indeed the food of son of Ādam is a parable for the Dunyā,
No matter how much he colors it and salts it [it will turn into feces].
Az-Zuhd of Abī Hātim ar-Rāzī 18
Ibn al-Qayyim رحمه اللّٰه:
"Seek your heart in three places: when listening to the Qur'ān, in gatherings of remembrance, and in times of solitude.
If you cannot find your heart, then ask Allāh to grant you one, for you have none."

Ibn Taymiyyah رحمه الله said:
“A person cannot be labelled ‘Intelligent’ until he’s aware of goodness and then seeks it and he’s aware of evil and then abandons it.”
[ﻓﻮﺍﺋﺪ ﻣﻨﺘﻘﺎﺓ ﻣﻦ ﻛﻼﻡ ﺷﻴﺦ ﺍﻻﺳﻼﻡ ﻓﻲ ﻛﺘﺎﺑﻪ ﺍﻻﻳﻤﺎﻥ ٢٢]
Shaikh Ibn ’Uthaimeen said: “The danger of those who speak about Allaah without knowledge is greater than the danger of al-shirk.”
