Congratulations to Catalina Clouthier from UniversityOfArkansas on winning the 2025 FDRS Outstanding Undergraduate Research Award! Her research explored "Consumer Preferences for Food Waste Reduction Technologies in Apples." (Advisor: Dr. Nathan Kemper).
Continuing our #FDRS2025 student awards! A huge congratulations to Anam Ali from Purdue University, winner of the Richardson-Applebaum Scholarship Award (M.S. Thesis)! Her timely thesis was on the "Acceptability of Gene-Edited Orange Juice" (Advisor: Dr. Valerie Kilders).
Congratulations to Logan Moss (UniversityOfArkansas ) on winning the Richardson-Applebaum Scholarship Award (M.S. Case Study)! His important work focused on "Consumer Willingness to Pay for Food Products Displaying a Black-Owned Label." (Advisor: Dr. Brandon McFadden).
