Why is Amazon getting worse? I pay for Prime but their delivery service is worse. My order said it was almost here last night only to get bumped back and now I may not get it for several days. They also make it near impossible to contact them.

Look Amazon I absolutely do not care if your delivery drivers toke it up. It’s their life and they are free to make their own choices, but I’d prefer for my packages not to smell like they shared a joint with them.
