.Lauren Smith and Rachael Mason, along with Karen Harrison and Chloe Wilson (both from the Law School), launched their report into the diversity and inclusion experiences of prison governors at the annual Prison Governor’s Association (PGA) Conference on 7th October.

.Lauren Smith, Todd Hogue, and Dr Anthony Ellis (PI; School of Social and Political Sciences) are continuing to work with Lincolnshire Police, providing further consultancy work alongside their analysts to further their understanding of knife crime among young people in Lincolnshire.
.Lauren Smith along with Rachael Mason (School of Health & Care Sciences) and Karen Harrison (@UniLincolnLaw) have been awarded a grant by PGA – Scotland Branch to do some further research and consultancy into the wellbeing and culture experiences of prison managers.
