From today's City Council meeting: adopts revised Community Partnership Insurance Program to provide City insurance to cover community events & activities for neighbourhood groups who qualify. Bravo FCA-FAC Ottawa for working so hard for this. #ottcity

The Federation of Citizens Associations (FCA-FAC Ottawa) can take some credit for ensuring that ALL outdoor community rinks in Ottawa are covered by City insurance (2 years ago was not the case). #ottcity

The City's Origin/Destination Study (an essential part of developing the City's Transportation Master Plan) is expected to be released this April. The FCA will hold a workshop on the O/D study & implications for transportation planning, following this release. Stay tuned!
