Yesterday, a colleague of the firm I work for died. They worked for the firm for years & a email was sent out, ppl were shocked for a min, & then everything went back to normal. Please stop over prioritizing your job. Take all your PTO & make sure your mental health is priority.

Some people are anti-safety tools because they're assholes who think it's "woke bullshit" and I wish those people a very Go Fuck Yourself. But there's another type of person I've noticed offering pushback that I believe to be largely unmalicious, and I'd like to address that. 🧵
