There again today. Managed to get a photo with a Redshank to show how they differ

A strange sighting in the river Parrett at low tide a couple of afternoons ago. It surfaced in the same spot several times a few minutes apart where the tide was running out very quickly but only managed to get this short clip. Any ideas? Salmon?

Anybody know what this plant is and what has happened to it? It's in a hedge. Guessing it's some form of infection. Quite a few plants have been affected.

2 Porpoises in the River Parrett at 10:00am this morning near the Parrett Hide at WWT Steart Marshes - here's a little video of one of them

Another sighting of 2 porpoises in the River Parrett at 5pm today at WWT Steart Marshes near the Parrett hide. Water was very shallow as tide was completely out. Made it easy to see where they were from the ripples they caused.

Feeling confident I saw the Least Sandpiper today at WWT Steart Marshes around midday today
