Remote Athlete Payton hit 88 mph today for the first time. His velo was down when he joined us and with just a month of training under his belt his velo is back up and has jumped 2 mph. Hard work pays off when you do the right things!

Mobility can be boring but it can be a game changer. Being able to get into deeper positions and allow your body to move to its full potential can unlock velocity. On top of that, you will feel better after throwing allowing for full recovery

Certain lifts and exercises we do can translate to the mound or plate. These are just a few examples of this. Overall though it is important to have a strong base of strength before we start worrying about it. Get in the weight room and lift heavy!!
