Farming across different regions gives us unique opportunities to do more. In Arizona, the extended season allows our Monette Produce team to grow multiple crops in a single year, which means more responsibly grown fruits and vegetables to help feed the world.

Jorge is the manager of Monette Seeds, Arizona. Ever since he stepped into this role, he has shown fantastic leadership and commitment to his team. Jorge is a hard worker who leads by example and takes on challenges with determination. We’re proud to recognize Jorge this month.
