We're not quite ready....so we won't be opening just yet. We've been busy during lockdown getting some much needed work done to our building. Our lovely roofers have been working hard and are almost finished but not quite. We will be back with you just as soon as we can:)

We are excited to report that we can finally open the cafe window and we are starting to open up😀. The shop will be opening as normal (not Tuesday/Wednesday) and the cafe will be serving take out only from this Saturday (11th) between 8am and 4pm (not Tuesday/Wednesday). Whoop!

We're serving takeout thru the cafe window from Saturday, 11th July so stop by and pick up a freshly baked and filled baguette, delicious cream tea or tasty homemade casserole. Please note we are closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays until table service is back - not long now😁

We've had a good spruce up and refresh and we're almost ready to open the cafe doors and let customers back in. We're looking forward to seeing you this weekend and you can now call the cafe on 01728 747717 to book a table on our well ventilated veranda.

Just one more big sleep and we will be back with our newly refurbished, well ventilated, socially distanced seating on the veranda and in the garden. We need your support and we are really looking forward to seeing you in the coming days! We cannot wait:)

A huge thank you to customers - old and new - who stopped by to eat and drink in the cafe on our first day back to table service today. It is really encouraging to see so many of you, to have your support and to hear your lovely comments. We won't be here without you:)

Please note the cafe toilet facility is available to EAT IN CUSTOMERS ONLY at the present time. It is totally unacceptable to abuse any shop or cafe staff member because you have been denied use of our private toilet facility. Many thanks for your understanding folks:)

We're so sad to be closing again. There's still time for you to stop by and enjoy breakfast, coffee & cake, lunch, or afternoon tea. We'll be here as normal 7am - 4pm Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.

During national lockdown we will be open for take away and shop only on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday 8.30am - 2pm but only if it's viable for us to do so. We need your support🙂 so please come and see us & remember to check back here often for further updates.

We are really looking forward to seeing you all again very soon and we are working hard toward our reopening. We plan to open the shop, takeaway window and garden tables from 1 May (garden tables are first come first served so we are not taking bookings).

We are slightly changing our opening time for the cafe including the takeaway window when we first reopen on 1st May to 8am everyday. Normal hours will resume as soon as we can serve you indoors as well. 🙂
