The themes that stuck out to me now that I've watched most of the Apple stream: "Relive Special Moments" was a repeated mantra around photos in all the separate presentations. Apple prefers the term "Machine Learning" over AI - any other company would have said AI 100 times

Slack's new content deletion has reminded me of all the silly test teams I've created over the years... My favorite two workspace names from today's emails: Best Ever Death Metal Band (featuring users cyrus and jeff) Bluth's Frozen Bananas

Figma running a master class on Product Market Fit Expansion. First with FigJam, then Dev Mode, now with Slides... Slowly expanding their product suite to pull more of the product development process into Figma.

The conversion rate on a channel is inversely proportional to the global volume of messages sent on that channel. True for an individual company (send more messages, get worse CTR) but also true for how many messages everyone else sends.

Impressive results here building custom open source models using Glaive AI - if you are building models for production / customer-facing use cases, you should give it a run.

I want to be very clear — Glaive AI is the reason this worked so well. The control they give you to generate synthetic data is insane. I will be using them for nearly every model I build moving forward, and you should too.

Working with technical founders at the early stages, one of the biggest mysteries for them (and me!) is how to plan / hire / and model out sales once founder-led sales no longer scales. Nakul Mandan // Audacious Ventures has open-sourced a great financial model to help founders with this problem.
