Congratulations to the resident doctors at UVM, UMass and Stanford who have voted, overwhelmingly, to unionize. These doctors believe its unfair to their patients and themselves when they are forced to work up to 80 hours a week at very inadequate pay. They're right.

Wait- you mean that $4K weekend course didn't adequately and intimately teach you about the anatomical intricacies of the upper face? Might want to get your $ back, or better yet… go to med school and residency instead. STOP HARMING PATIENTS!

I posted this to highlight the time sacrifice involved. Y’all work so so hard. And you should be better valued for it. The significant investment of intense learning and training needs to be appreciated outside of medicine.

Dear PRIMARY CARE societies! Instead of wasting your time and money in destroying the 8K MDs/DOs who just recently went unmatched, we can all agree with over 6K clinical hrs, there is plenty these docs can do! This system is out of touch! Protect your own! Put the ego aside!
