Good outing on the mound against the best team we played in pool play during the pbr summer championship tournament in cortland NY. 7 innings two hits complete game shutout while only throwing 70 pitches.Had a great defense behind me. In 18.2 innings pitched I have a 0 era.

Here are some videos of my past two bullpens with my amazing pitching coach.throwing about 75-80 percent while I’m in the middle of basketball.Slide 1 is a fastball,2 is a cutter,3 is a changeup, and 4 is a curveball.Fastball was sitting 80. Had a 0.96 era during summer and fall.

Boys final C Semis. Duanesburg_BoysBasketball 50 Saratoga Central Catholic Athletics 48. Senior Jansen Proulx nails a three with 1.4 seconds left. Jeff Mulhern scored 28 points passing the career 2000 point mark. Tyler Hicks led SCC with 20 and David Redgrave added 17 points. A great game by both teams🏀

Some videos of my start the other day vs mohon. Only threw 3 innings. Wasn’t my best outing, only had 2k’s, gave up 1 hit which was an infield single, 0 runs given up, but had 5bb, 6 LOB. Both teams were being squeezed by the ump with a game total of 22 walks between both teams.

Some videos of my game on wednesday vs Galway. Threw only 4 innings due to mercy rule 19-3. I gave up 1 hit 2 runs(0 earned) 2BBs and 11Ks. I now have thrown 15 innings, I am 3-0 with 28ks and only 8BB with a 0.6 era on the year with a .100 BAA. PG_Uncommitted PG Mid Atlantic (NY, NJ, PA, MD,DE,DC).

Came in after the first inning last wendsday and threw the remainder of the game against a pretty good Fonda team. I aloud 4 hits, 3BB, 6k’s and 1 run (0ER). So far on the year I have thrown 19.2 innings, 12 hits, 1ER, 34k’s - 11BB, 0.47 ERA, .162 BBA, and have a 3-0 record.

Another solid outing vs a very good Cobelskill team. Went 6 and 2/3 inn, 3 runs (2er) 11k’s 3 hits, 5BB, and 116p. Gave up 2 bloop singles and then they unfortunately tied it after that and then took the lead off of an error. Now have 45k’s in 26inn on the year with a 1.03 ERA.

Threw against a very good spa catholic team the other day 7 ip 6 hits 2 er 4 bb 8 ks. Feeling very good with sectionals coming up my current stats are 31 ip 3-0 record 20 hits 10 runs 16 bb 40 ks 2.2 era and a .174 baa. I also have a .250 batting average with 10hits Mark Powell

Regular season stats. 26.1 ip, 7 GP, 5 GS, 3-0 record, 16 hits, 3 ER, 16 BB, 45 Ks, 13 K-L, 30 LOB, 160 BAA, 62% strikes, 78% of balls put in play were weakly hit, and 72% of batters retired when first pitch strike is thrown. All while facing the best teams we have faced.
