Kamala Harris represents so many firsts, but one that I haven’t seen mentioned: she’s not a mom. (She has stepkids thru Doug, and seems to be an incredible stepmom.) In a world that still tells women you are not a full person until you’ve been a vessel, this is a huge deal.
