Good news: nothing's torn, nothing needs surgery. And I got a cortisol shot. Bad news: it's early onset arthritis (I'm 33 T^T) and have to go through PT before they decide on anything else, and I nearly passed out from the shot.... Yay? I guess?

Small life update: My knee has gotten somewhat better thanks to PT. It's still clicking and popping, but they're not concerned about it. And I've lost ten pounds, which is great. However, I pulled a muscle in my back and I can't turn my head. You win some, you lose a lot more.
