If you use "Sacrificial Altar" on the Big Fan spawned from the Pretty Fly horse pill, you get two fly orbitals. This only works on the Big Fan spawned from the horse pill, it does not work for regular Big Fans.

Cells, Fused Cells, and Tissues are unused enemies from the 5th Afterbirth+ booster pack that never made it into the final game. It is unknown why these enemies were scrapped, but others have tried reimplementing them.
